Catbridge's advanced meltblown / BMF (blown micro fiber) production lines offer precision, flexibility, speed, and easy maintenance. A compact, innovative "plug and play" BMF line handles web widths to 62" (1575 mm) and a larger multi-die line handles web widths to 135" (3430 mm). Both meltblown production lines achieve excellent throughput and are optimized for handling today's metallocene resins as well as conventional Z-N based polypropylene. The lines feature a new die tip design for extremely precise laydown control. The resulting ultrafine web fibers are ideal for high-performance filters as well as applications such as wipes and hygiene products.
We are currently running a fully functional lab line at our New Jersey headquarters. This pilot line is available for customer trials. Explore new products, optimize existing processes, and see the advantages of our meltblown lines.
