pressure sensitives includes turret slitter rewinders, duplex winders, unwinds,
unwind sound enclosures, and perforators.
To maximize productivity, our machinery incorporates a
number of special features and innovations for self-wound and linered materials. For example our Model 344
dual-turret, a popular slitter rewinder for pressure sensitives, offers the
unique tabber and enveloper for linered products. The automatic tabber both tail ties finished rolls
and sets core attachments for new rolls. The enveloper allows tapeless,
glueless, no-foldover starts, eliminating mirroring. Our slitter rewinders also
offer automated loading and unloading, patented knife placement systems,
automatic cut-off and transfer, and an advanced yet user-friendly control
system. Other specialized machines for pressure sensitives include our perforators
for creating tear off sheets, for example, as well as liner unwinds and rewinds, trim winders, a variety of unwind stands, and
sound enclosures which help suppress the noise generated when unwinding tapes.
