Model 401 Continuous Surface Winder
A continuous surface winder that can be used in a process line or as a stand alone machine. This continuous winder handles nonwovens and other materials, and has fully automatic finished roll transfer and discharge.

  • Surface winding with taper tension and layon force control
  • Up to 120" in width
  • Automatic cutoff and transfer
  • Line speeds up to 1000 fpm
  • Advanced CBM1 control system with user-friendly interface, recipe control, programmable tension and density, data logging and remote support
Optional Features
  • Automatic knife positioning for all types of slitting
  • Unloading tables with or without roll upenders
