Custom Coating & Laminating Systems

We've developed a wide variety of coaters and laminators for diverse customer needs and applications. We can design a coating or laminating system to accommodate any web material and desired webflow. Various coating and laminating methods and various drying methods are available. A variety of other features offered include unwinds, slitting, edge guiding, auto cut-off and transfer, scrap or liner rewinds, and roll loading and discharge systems. Some examples of our custom machines include a continuous winder with an ultrasonic bonder for a laminating line, a turret rewinder with hot emboss lamination, a spray lamination line, a foil lamination line, a slot die coating line, and a hot melt pattern coater. We've also developed lines incorporating printing systems.
