Model 324 FP Single-Turret Slitter Rewinder

The Model 324FP turret offers a simpler, more productive way to slit and rewind flexible packaging. By winding on a single shaft rather than duplex winding, the 324FP offers many advantages while also delivering top quality rolls. Simplex winding makes it faster and easier to load and align cores, web the machine after loading a jumbo, and unload finished rolls. The operator-friendly shaft height also provides ergonomic benefits. An advanced web control system precisely separates and winds multiple webs side-by-side on a single shaft, ensuring rolls with excellent edge quality, roll build, and core alignment. Other innovative technologies such as fully automatic cutoff and transfer help maximize productivity. The 324FP turret slitter rewinder runs at speeds up to 2500 fpm and reduces downtime between sets to less than 30 seconds.
