- Dual bowed rolls: Consistent, dependable slit roll separation is achieved with our precise and easy-to-use dual bowed roll system. Precise geometry in the configuration of the bowed rolls provides precise web control and roll separation, even for narrow slits.
- Shafted or shaftless winding: The Model 210 can wind in either mode for a variety of inside diameters. Combined with a roll eject and J-table discharge system this minimizes roll change time, increasing slitter run time.
- Advanced control system: Catbridge's CBM1 advanced, user-friendly control system integrates all machine controls into a single networking package.
